Membership Application Form

The Awards and Personalization Association welcomes you to join. We are a vibrant network of professionals that create, distribute, or sell recognition and personalized products. If you customize or sell awards and personalization products or services to consumers or to other businesses, then we are the association for you! Memberships are valid for 12 months from processing date. Membership categories are as follows:

  • Retail membership—For-profit companies who offer personalized and recognition products in a retail setting and operate in accordance with state and local laws.
  • Retail Branch—A separate location owned and operated by a member company with an active retail membership.
  • Supplier More than $10 Million in Annual Sales Revenue—For-profit company whose regular business is furnishing goods and services to retail dealers in the personalization and recognition industry.
  • Supplier $5-$10 Million in Annual Sales Revenue—For-profit company whose regular business is furnishing goods and services to retail dealers in the personalization and recognition industry.
  • Supplier $1-$4.9 Million in Annual Sales Revenue—For-profit company whose regular business is furnishing goods and services to retail dealers in the personalization and recognition industry.
  • Supplier less than $1 Million in Annual Sales Revenue—For-profit company whose regular business is furnishing goods and services to retail dealers in the personalization and recognition industry.
  • Supplier Branch—Available to branch locations of suppliers that already have one full supplier membership.
  • Independent Sales Representative
  • Affiliate Member—Furnishes services to retailers and suppliers.
  • Associate Member—Furnishes raw materials to suppliers.

Online registrations require a credit card payment. If credit card information is not provided, the application will not be processed. To pay by check, download the membership application, and then mail your check with the completed form.
