Eligibility
The Customer Service Representative of the Year Award was created to recognize one supplier customer service representative who regularly goes the extra mile to serve his or her customers.
Nomination Guidelines
To be eligible for this award, a supplier customer service or technical support representative must currently be employed by a supplier member and must have been employed by that company for at least 3 years. Nominees must currently be a a telephone or technical support representative with at least 1 year experience in that position and must be involved in processing orders or providing technical help. Retailer or supplier members may nominate someone for this award, but supplier members cannot nominate their own employees.
Judging Process
Although multiple nominations can be submitted for each representative, only one nomination is required to ensure eligibility for the award. The Awards Committee will score all entrants and select a winner.
The award recipient will be announced at the 2024 International Personalization Expo in Las Vegas. The winner will receive a Gold Obelisk and a profile in Insights magazine.
